Register with us for the NCDA Facilitating Career Development (FCD) 120 hour certificate course. This is a 12-14 week virtual program with flexible start dates.

FCD training is beneficial for current and future career professionals in schools, public service, non-profits, private industry and more. FCD provides standards, training specifications and industry recognized credentialing opportunities.

NCDA has the longest history of career development content delivery and design of any career development association.

Instructor Kim Watson is NCDA Certified as a FCD, CCSP and GCDF Instructor credential. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Project Joy, Inc (2019 California Non Profit of the Year), successful provider of career coaching, job readiness training, work based training opportunities to homeless and vulnerable individuals and transitional age foster youth. Kim also is an experienced adult education instructor for LAUSD CTE courses.
